Tent Rental - Corporate Team*
Tents may be rented and include a banner with Company Name, table, and chairs. There are several size tents to choose from: 10x10, 10x20 and 20x20. Additional tables and chairs are also available. Prices start at $300. A map with all tent locations will be posted online by Wednesday, November 06.

Race Day Parking
Road closures begin at 6:15pm. Arrive early. Free parking is availble throughout the Office Park.
Packet Pick up
November 4th through November 7th at FootWorks, 5724 Sunset Drive, in South Miami. Store hours are: 9:00am to 8:00pm. On race day, November 8th, from 9:00am to 12noon at FootWorks - then at the race site from 4:00pm - 6:30pm.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY
At TeamFootWorks, we know life doesn’t always work out as planned. That’s why we want to be one of the first race production companies to offer free registration transfers! If you cannot make the FedEx Express Waterford 5K for any reason, contact us at 305.666.7223, to transfer your registration to a friend or family member. Please have their first name, last name, and email address ready. The deadline to complete transfers is Wednesday, November 6.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
Race Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of Management's control such as a natural disaster or other emergencies. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Management may also alter the course and distances for the safety of the athletes.
