CORPORATE TENT RENTALS
Tents can be rented (Highly Recommended) so that your company team has a designated place to lounge, eat and take break from the action. There are three tent sizes to choose from: 10’x10’ ($500), 10’x20’ ($750) and 20’x20’ ($1,000). Tents include banner with company name, chairs and tables. Additional chairs and tables are available.

RACE DAY PARKING
Road closures begin at 6:15pm. Arrive early. Free parking is available at the 800 Waterford Way parking garage.
PACKET PICK UP
Packets that include T-shirt, bib and more can be picked up at FootWorks Miami beginning on November 1 until November 3.
Packets can be picked up on Race Day at the registration tent beginning at noon.
Get your body ready to run with a 10-minute Warm Up before the race starts.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY
At TeamFootWorks, we know life doesn’t always work out as planned. That’s why we want to be one of the first race production companies to offer free registration transfers! If you cannot make the Waterford 5K for any reason, contact us at 305.666.7223, to transfer your registration to a friend or family member. Please have their first name, last name, and email address ready. The deadline to complete transfers is Wednesday, October 26.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We are happy to announce that TeamFootWorks secured event cancelation insurance for 2022 that will cover your registration fees should the covered event be canceled due to adverse weather, natural catastrophe, or acts of terrorism and not rescheduled within 90 days. This policy fully covers registration fees. We are not able to secure a policy that covers pandemics at this time. Please click here review and understand the policy before registering for the event.
Team FootWorks considers safety of race participants and staff members paramount and as such is implementing the following safety protocols to help combat the spread of Covid-19 at the Waterford 5K (including but not limited to):
- All Team FootWorks staff members will be vaccinated
- The event will recommend all race participants wear facial coverings when not running/walking the event or eating/drinking in their team tent.
- All tents will be spaced a minimum of 6’ apart.
- Hand sanitizer will be affixed to each tent.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be at each bank of portable toilets.
- All event staff at water stations will wear gloves and facial coverings
Team FootWorks will continue to work closely with local municipalities and monitor state and federal agencies to abide by any guidelines suggested so as to provide as safe of an environment as possible for all participants and staff members/volunteers.
